- A throwback to the 60's, I wasn't quite old enough or in the right area of the world to be a hippie but I have always been one in spirit. I've always been creative; arts, crafts, music, cooking... I guess I've ended up a jack-of-all-trades or maybe I just have that attention deficit disorder, but I'm always trying new things. I have varied interest and likes, from lace and pearls to feathers and leather and bones, do not like to be stuck in a certain style or classification.
I sold auto parts for almost 20 years so I tend to shop the parts stores and hardware aisles a lot. Compared to what's in the craft supply stores, much of the time only the names and prices have been changed and I'm all for saving a buck when possible. Now don't get excited, I'm mostly talking tools and equipment here! And supplies like rope, copper wire, paint thinners, butane, dust masks, sand paper....
I recently started listing on Etsy and eCrater. I have a lot more items to add and so many half finished projects and so many project ideas....
There's so many different types of art and crafts I've done over the years. It would take too long to explain some of them so I'll just have to get some photos on here. If you just shake your head at some of them like the cow skulls, that's okay, I'm used to it! My good friend's son, when he was about five, told me once "Ed, you're just about half a weirdo." And I had to agree.
