So, the runway shows are great, and everyone gets that tingly sensation when it's Fashion Week, but these fashions aren't for right now. BUT you being the fashion diva that you are, why not incorporate some of the trends now into your wardrobe, little by little, you'll be ready when the season comes around and everyone else is scrambling to get them.
So, first off, a great runway trend the Boyfriend Blazer. Your version for fall, the boyfriend cardigan.
Couple ways to wear it, the layered look, a tank under a button up top, with a scarf and a skinny jean if you're comfortable.
Another way, over a sweater dress and tights.
And yet another way, to dress it up, would be a bowed blouse, a pencil skirt, and a cinched-waist belt.
Another runway trend, color block, black and brights, dresses. Your version for fall, color block, jewel tone, knits.
You can wear it as two pieces, for instance a turtle neck or a knit jacket with some great pants, or one, just a snug knit dress.
To really kick it off, you can add tights, in a tonal color or gray is great, and wear some of those awesome high heeled oxfords!
Another runway trend floral prints in spring colors, your fall version graphic florals in rich colors, gray, or even neutral.
Two great ways to wear this also, either a soft blouse paired with a pencil skirt. Or get a dress and pair it with a cardigan and high riding boots.
Yet another runway trend is pastel denims that are rolled up to crop length. Your version for fall bright denims.
Now I know, this trend may not be for everyone, but if you dare, your colors to go with are a rich red, cobalt blue, green, or royal purple.
Try them in the evening with a white tee and a black jacket.
A runway trend that's great, feminine details. Your fall version, one word, ruffles.
Go with a soft blouse with a slim jacket and pants. Or track down a sleek dress.
A fun runway trend is clumpy heels and platforms. Your version for the fall, clumpy heels and platforms!
These look great with a loose dress and tights. Or a slim pencil skirt, or even menswear tweed, wide-leg pants.
Another obvious trend is sporty, your trend for fall sporty.
Jackets is the best way to take on this trend, especially in unexpected fabrications.
You can pair it with soft dresses for a more unusual look, or with menswear trousers for a more traditional look. Or to give it a little sass, you can pair it with skinny jeans and a turtleneck and high boots.
And the last runway trend is dresses, your version for fall dresses!
For both day and night you can do jewel tone silk dresses. Either long or short, fitted or swingy, they all work. You can dress it down with casual boots, or up with a high sandal.
So these are some of the fun trends seen on the runway and great ways to incorporate them now.
So can't wait to see all the fashion forward girly's out there strutting their stuff for the fall.
Enjoy

I love everything French , their accent, the cities, their fashion, the food, the music. And it seems that the globalization of all things French is happening, with Louis Vuitton and Chanel on everyones wish list.
Some designers that can get you that French Chic look are Marc by Marc Jacobs, D&G, K by Karl Lagerfield, Narciso Rodriguez, Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCartney, Chloe and Jimmy Choo.
But if you can't afford these labels, you can still adopt their style easy enough. So if you're like me and can't get away to France anytime soon, you can dress like it and feel that you are, wherever you are.
First the colorful sweater dress, with a sleek ankle boot.
Look for dresses with ruffles. This ones by Nathan Jenden
A boyfriend cardigan is always good to have on hand, either paired over a cute flowy dress with a belt, or with menswear pants. This one by Miu Miu is a good choice.
A great fall essential is the turtle neck sweater. Either folded down for a more polished look, or unfolded for a more chic look. This one by Marc Jacobs is a great color.
So there you have the bold, stylish look of the French!
Enjoy
