About Me:

needleheads, succulents, paperstrips, suitcasebelts, cones of thread, felted vases, pumpkin seeds in pretty jars.... i like to thread needles, rip seams, measure distances, line insides, match and clash colors, plant little flowers, and those are just a few of my interests.
i moved to the US from germany almost 11 years ago to speedskate, go to school, get into art, and go to school some more.. after getting a bfa in painting from the maryland institute college of art, i have now set up shop in brooklyn and traded my brushes and paints with needles and thread for the time being.
