Anything Jane Austen, and I do mean "anything" (I don't fill in the book box because there's so many of them in my life, in two languages, but she would be right up there in my list), most Shakespeare (only "most", because I don't agree with some interpretations and that is very serious...).
Films : most US Independent, British comedies, Bertrand Tavernier, Jacques Demy, Clint Eastwood (as a director and as an actor), Hal Hartley...

Snail Mail - Limoges Resources #1
To think that I entitled my first blog post "Post Haste"— what some people would do for a poor pun...
I did try to take photos of cool places in Limoges: the weather was foul ( December- need I say more?) and out of the three shops I went to, one had closed down (so sad, they were really cool girls in there), one was closed for the day, and the third is ugly and really difficult to photograph, especially on a dark day...
OK, it's ugly, but it does stock really a lot of different craft supplies… Continue

Post Haste
Just in case anyone is interested in resources available in Bordeaux, in Limoges (some amazing little places) or even Paris, or possibly London (who knows— I might manage a trip at long last) - This is what I might be blogging about...
Here's a view of the "Jardin Public" here - it has this artificial little river that is called the Serpentine, after Hyde Park's. Which is an indication of the British influence on this city, is it not?… Continue
